Chatsworth, Ga., March 20, 2025 – First National Community Bank (FNCB), a wholly owned subsidiary of First Chatsworth Bankshares, Inc., proudly announces the promotion of Jason Faulkner to the role of Cartersville Market President. Faulkner, who has been with FNCB since April 2022, most recently served as Vice President, Commercial Lender for the Paulding and Cobb County markets. His promotion reflects his outstanding leadership, commitment to the bank, and dedication to fostering strong relationships.
Faulkner, a seasoned banking professional with a wealth of experience, has a long history of leadership and community involvement. Before joining FNCB, Faulkner worked as Vice President and Branch Manager for both regional and state banks in Marietta, Georgia, where he successfully managed branch teams, grew deposit portfolios, and developed new business relationships.

In addition to his role at FNCB, Faulkner is an active member of the Rotary Club of North Cobb since 2023 and has been elected to the Board of Directors, with his term beginning July 2025, and has been involved with both the Marietta Business Association and the West Cobb Business Association for many years. Faulkner served on the board of the West Cobb Business Association in 2023 and 2024. He and his family attend North Metro Church in Marietta, Georgia.
